How can i fix my iphone .. there is a pineapple picture on the screen?

actually when i open my iphone , pineapple picture appears ... and when i plug it to the computer ..... it starts charging and then it stops .... and freezes ...... i tried to press the home and the sleep buttons but nothing changed :S
can any one help me please :( .....
