How can I fix my Samsung TV Display Size?

I have a Samsung NT32Z40 TV. Everything is fine, but the only problem I have is that the screen stretches a bit too much on the left and right sides. How am I able to fix or at least make it so that the screen fits the whole box, where it is centered and not cutting off the left and right sides of the TV?
 
sounds like you are using a digital tv box or cable box . make sure that the box is set to widescreen or 16:9. at present i think it is in 4:3 mode which is for an old style none widescreen tv.
