How can I fix this error 3194 from iTunes of my iPhone? Any help?

A while ago after attempting to restore my iPhone I got this annoying error 3194, I don't know what to do thats why I ask here, any response will be appreciated.

What iTunes version do you have? you must update that to the latest version
