How can I get a 2000-2003 Nissan Skyline R34 in Toronto, Canada?

what are the legal stuff i need to go through and where (and for how much) can i get an R34?
 
My Buddy ordered one straight from japan cost about $60 000 done and said.. when it got to vancouver B.C Canada, it was crushed by customs. He didn't even get to see the car or his money.. Apparently in Canada all overseas imports must be 15 years old, and pass all emissions tests. i think you can now get 1994's in Canada.. If you want a 00-03.. you'll have to wait a few years :P
