...ANSWER)!!? Ok, so I am like president of the itty bitty titty committee!! I am only 13 and I know that I am still developing but still my boobs are just SOOO small!! Ok well I am 5'10" and 115 pounds. I tried gaining weight to get them larger but all the fat just goes to my butt and thighs. Please help me!!
 
only way is plastic surgery not like if eat food it gets bigger but i think certain exercises make them perky

if you are really that desperate, do the 'i must! i must! i must increase my bust!" dance around a fire and see if anything happens
