How Can I Get LG Neon Ringtones?

Hey there guys, I recently got a used LG Neon, however it is a Fido phone but I have Rogers SIM card. Can I bring it to Rogers and get them to put a ringtone on? If not is there anywhere I can buy a cable to connect my phone to the USB slot on the computer and how would I go about adding a ringtone?
