How can I get more viewers and subscribers on youtube?

I have a youtube account. the link is

and I'm looking to get more viewers and mainly I want more subscribers. How do I get my channel noticed and viewed?
 
Video titles are a major part of your video mainly for the reason that the user on YouTube will be browsing around and....they see a eye catching Title! So they click on it, and give the video an extra view second thing is quality :all mighty:
 
You can tell people on facebook or twitter subscribe to your channel and watch your videos. That should help.
