how can i get my xbox "open tray" error fixed on my x box?

i have the classic open tray error.. when i put a game in it says reading.... the says open tray.. i want to sell my xbox360 but would like to fix this first... anyone know how to fix it.. or know where i can get it fixed??????????????????????????????????

simple
1. take you xbox 2. open a window 3. chuck dat mother as far as you can 4. always buy from the japanese.
 
I have heard of other people getting this error, its because of bad senors in your xbox they have gone bad, send your xbox in for repair.
