How can I get peers to find my torrents that I made? (See inside for more)?

I've made several torrents, and I've attempted to upload them onto multiple torrent sites, however, every time that I try to upload the torrents, it says that they are having database problems, and they never show up in their indexes.

What I want to know is how can I get peers to connect to these torrents that I made if I can't upload them onto any sites?
