How can I get rid of these black (grayish and faded) spots on my Samsung LN55 TV?

I never saw these black spots before. But now I notice them especially when I watch a movie or play a Video game. You can notice them when the camera moves. My TV does not have a degauss button or anything like that. For instance if my TV were to show a landscape from one end and then move to show the landscape of another end, I would still see the black (grayish and faded) in the same spots throughout that motion. You can still see the picture in that area but that area is a little darker than it should be. Any clue anyone? I bought this TV from Best Buy and they are usually jerks when it comes to the warranty (had experiences with them before)
