I am totally satisified with my body except my love handles!!?
Can anybody give me any advice on how to lose this? i dont want to lose any weight on my body except my love handles and there not terribly bad they just bugg me. Im 20 years old 140 lbs 5"9". any recommendations on what i should do? Thanks in advance!
