D durrrr New member Feb 14, 2009 #1 Last year, I ran a 100m in 11.89 seconds. I've got a goal to dop to under 11.50 seconds for this years track season and I want to know if anyone knows what can help. I ran my time of 11.89 without using any blocks but i did you track cleats/spikes.
