My calls are very quiet and I can never hear anything when someone calls
How can I improve the quality of my calls on my motorola slvr?

Well there's three (3) things I know:
1) When on a call, is the volume all the way up? Volume buttons are on the side of phone (just in case you didn't know, so relax)
2) The two (2) connectors of the ear speaker doesn't have a good connection.
3) You can use some type of program (such as P2K Tools) to raise the volume level of the phone.
