how can i increase the speed of my bittorrent as it working before coz now

its not working as before.? m using connect broadband, my bittirent was working properly, but now a dayz its not working as before, its speed is too slow now like 1 or 2 kb/s download, but in past it works like 39 or 45 kb/s download, so wat i hav to do now so it can be work properly????
actully i start a file for downloading, it download properly whn i start and afta its completed 84%, thn it gone very slow speed, i hvnt complete download it, and now whn i start others files for download it also very slow downloading from start, very slow speed...
 
Bit torrent download speed depends on
The no. of peers and seeds of the torrent file
The limit u have set
And the speed increasing hacks u have used

Try a speed increasing video from youtube
They are very useful
And use torrent files with max. seeds and peers
