I am an independent member of a rank-and-file union and I believe it's very important for all workers (not just those in my office) to have a say in the operations of their workplace. Since employers tend not to listen to individuals or even groups of workers, I would like to launch a small-scale campaign to inform them of their rights as they relate to unionized collective bargaining. What is the best way to directly inform workers, particularly in retail, that they have this legal right without raising the hair on the necks of management?
