my internal hard disk is having problem, it keep on re-starting when i'm downloading using IDM or even on normal downloader browser, i try to reformat my laptop and it say ""You cannot install on this disk" the reason say the disk will soon fail, etc... so i have a external hard drive and i want to install OS on this external hard drive i did it before but i cannot find the link anymore,
