How Can I Make a Knight Rider K.I.T.T. Light Scanner for My Car?

yes i seem like a nerd but i was wondering if someone could give me instructions and a wiring diagram to make a light scanner as seen on the front of K.I.T.T.

that is actually a led kit [ no pun intended] made for traffic safety. Very expensive well over the three hundred dollar mark, and besides it is against the law in all states to Strobe red or blue forward light unless public safety or rescue personnel howeva you can go with yellow look under strobes google it or l.e.d. lighting good luck
