how can i make my 1998 dodge ram 1500 regular cab loud.?

i have a 98 dodge 1500 and i have a flowmaster on it already with the Cadillac converter still on. if i just take the c. converter off will that make it sound better. whats the cheapest way to make it sound awsome.
