If you are talking about 3G then there is little you can do except get closer to your wireless carrier's cell towers. If you are living in some remote village then reception is gonna be sluggish and if you are living in a place like New York where everyone uses 3G then the speed might be sluggish because everyone is using 3G from the same cell towers. The only thing you can do is either relocate to a suburb just for noticably faster 3G or chage your wireless carrier to either Verizon Wireless for the most superior 3G. Or if you live in areas where 4G is available then I would say opt for a HTC Evo that receives Sprint's 4G Coverage that is REALLY FAST! Or if your phone is compatible with wifi then i would go for ATT because they have the nations biggest wifi service that is faster than 3G but not as much as 4G.
IF your phone is wifi compatible change carriers to ATT
If you live in a 4g covered area get HTC Evo for blazing fast 4g
If your phone doesnt have wifi or you dont live in 4g go for verizon wireless for the nation's best 3G coverage.
