This is an image of how I currently have my cords configured around my switch box....

Everything in this configuration currently works. It's designed to let my TV display games, cable TV, DVD movies, or computer desktop. Also the PCTV tuner allows my computer to view and record cable TV.
The only problem with this configuration is the audio. The speakers are connected directly to the front headphones jack on my switchbox, which is GOOD because my nice speakers will output sound at the same time as the television speakers, making it feel like surround sound. Unfortunately, the BAD side of this setup is that the headset can basically only be turned off and on using the headset switch device. Worse yet, when the headset it on, it plays sound from the computer and the tv at the same time. I've also noticed that the headset audio reverberates like it's "hot", which is a bit annoying.
Is there a way I can get the headset, speakers, and TV speakers to all be controlled by my headset switch, and all have the sound respond at the same time? Please suggest which cords or devices I should add to improve my current configuration.
Note, my TV does not have an S-Cable or digital jack. At this time I'm not interested in upgrading the TV.
