I used to be a member at the rush and it's hard to come to a gym with so little equipment when you come from a gym like the rush. They don't even have real bench presses and their dumbbells only go up to 60 lbs! It's hard for me to put on weight as it is but this place makes it even harder for me. Can anyone give me any workout plans or tips for me to build weight at a gym where i feel so limited?
