how can i real time check seeds and peers before downloading a torrent?

i often find that the information on seeds/peers isnt up to date. xtvi is always a good website to check but sometime they dont have what i require. Is their an add on/plug in website that i can use to check this. Also I am using Bit Torrent so let me knw if there is anything on there
