I am having problems trying to record shows for my daughter using the Sylvania DVD/VCR combo recorder (ssr90v4) from our Dish Network DVR. The problem seems to be that when I go to load the brand NEW dvd in an error msg reading "playback is not available for this disk" or "this disk is not able to record" I am using memorex DVD-RW, could it be the disks or something else? Please help if you can. Thanks in advance.
