I have a Microsoft Bluetooth Mouse 5000 and a Dell Studio 1555. It worked just dandy for the past year and everything is up to date but suddenly it just failed when I turned my mouse and computer off for the night. Now I can't get them to sync back up. I think this could be due to the original device is still present in the "Printers and Devices" section of the control panel. I know you can click "Remove Device" and it removes it. However, I don't have that option. It has troubleshoot and everything else but "Remove Device." Any suggestions how to remove the mouse so I can reinstall it? I've tried nearly everything and safe mode doesn't change anything.
