How can I reset my circadian rhythm?

For over half a year now, I've been unable to sleep naturally at night. If I don't take sleeping pills with a couple shots of vodka, I'm wide awake until noon the next day. I stick to a schedule, avoid caffeine and get a decent amount of exercise, but to no avail. My appetite is way off-balance too. I get ravenously hungry at night, but the thought of eating in the morning sickens me. Any suggestions?
