How can I sell my car to a dealership if none of my Car information is in my name?

I purchased a used car a few years ago, and even though I paid for it, the Bill of Sale, Title, and Registration was all put under someone else's name. I am getting ready to buy a new car and I want to sell my car to the dealership. I am no longer in contact with the person who's name is on all of my documents. How does that work?
