How can I slap a sim in Sims 3 iPad?

How do you slap a sim in Sims 3 for iPad? I tried searching for it but it's only for ipod touches or for iphones. It is one of my goals right now,and i needed to complete it for money. I already have 2 dislikes,2 partners (both boys and i broke up with one because his girlfriend is my nemesis) and 1 nemesis(girl). If you answered this and it's helpful, thanks.
