I need to not upload when I'm downloading.
Is there any way to turn them off and still download,
without being shut down by the peer for not uploading?
Seeing as the only illegal part of downloading is the uploading..

And please don't give me crap about how downloading is bad.
I don't care.

Hopefully, someday you will take a photograph.....and said photo will become famous on the internet. Think of the famous one in Times Square....the kiss one at the end of WW2.

And the same piracy that you now embrace, will come back to bite you in your fat lazy @$$, when your copyrighted property (crap as you put it) is routinely stolen by the masses.

You are spoiled child of the American 'left"....go and ask this same query of your Messiah...the chosen ONE..Obama!

If you are dead broke....GET A DAMN "REAL" JOB at Burger King....and stop sucking on the teat of us taxpayers!

trackers tab > right click on any tracker > add tracker > maximum upload rate is currently set on ''0'' meaning unlimited, set it to whatever

I can't remember exactly where it is but I think it is under setting menu. you can adjust the maximum of download & upload speed.

ps. when i decrease the upload speed , the download speed also decrease too.
