How can I tell my adopted aunt how I feel?

My adopted aunt is really cool. But I am not looking for a romantic relationship with her. I do love her. I really miss her. How can I tell her how I felt when she got hurt. She's the only person I can go to. And talk about my feelings. She means so much to me. I am about to cry cause she got hurt.
My aunt got hurt on December 30, and than got hurt again about a month ago. I want to tell her how I feel about her getting hurt
