How can I track someone with a cellphone?

Not without permission, that's for sure. You'll have to get their provider's consent as well as access to their phone in order to get it to send GPS coordinates to your phone--assuming it has the means to do so.

Keep in mind that unless this person is your CHILD, what you're doing is considered stalking. Should this person find out you've tampered with their phone, they or their parents have every right to pursue legal action against you.

they would have to download the same ap.. and you would have to configure it to send you gps coordinates every now and then.... also i think the cellphone providers have a function that lets parents do that so be careful
