How can i transfer music from my computer to a motorazr2 v9 cellphone ?

First off, if your cellphone has bluetooth, then it is possible, if not, then its impossible. So anyways, if your cellphone does have bluetooth, then you must buy a bluetooth dongle for your computer which you can get at electronic stores or ebay. The bluetooth dongle should come with a software. You just install the software on your computer with the bluetooth dongle connected in your usb port, turn on the bluetooth on your phone, and the program is self explantory. The rest is history.
