How can I transfer my Mii to another Wii console?

My parents had a wii before my daughter had one and I want to be able to transfer all of my progress from my parent's Wii to my daughters. I would also like to be able to do it via wireless. I understand that there is a Wii number that both of the consoles will have to share to do this. Can someone provide a step by step walkthrough so that I can use the same Mii whether I'm playing at my house or their house? Thanks!
 
go to the mii channel and chose a mii then there is a feature on the top right corner saying mii channel click on that and it will say somthing like to connect to the internet and follow the on screen instructions
