How can I unlock my Sony Ericsson K550i to all mobile networks for free?

I'm with Virgin, and my friend gave me her phone, but it's locked to Orange. Last time I got my phone unlocked, all I know is that the firmware was changed using a tool called SE Tool 2.

Is there any way that I can do this myself? I have the USB cable?
