How can I use new themes for my Motorola V3x phone?

I read before that I need to install Skinner4moto application into my phone, but I failed to find one that is free to download. And I'm really not familiar with downloading application into phone. Please help me and give me a step-by-step on how to do this. Thanks in advance.

Skinner4Moto is to make themes. To use themes on your phone, there should be a setting in your menu structure to change the theme to a preset one. I think it's somewhere close to: Menu - Settings - Personalize - then it's somewhere there or in another sub folder.
