How can I watch movies or games it says I need a flash player how can I get one

for iPhone ? This phone was a present it seems like it's being baby sitted by another owner I want apps
 
well, if it's an iPhone you can just download the games/apps off of itunes. They really don't cost that much for how much you get: angry birds is like 99 cents and you get a ton of levels, and I bought some game that is kind of like call of duty for just 5 bucks.
