I am 14 years old and I am in track and field. I want to get ripped abs and muscles because i will feel better mentally, emotionally, socially and physically. I will feel better mentally because I wont be stressed out waking up everyday looking at a piece of flab in my stomach(i am not too fat but there is a 1 inch layer of fat covering my abs). I will also be better socially because I will get more girls and look like a model. If someone sees me at 14 years old with abs, then they will say "hey this guy is probably not a loser I'll talk to him). I will be better physically because I am 5'4" and weigh 140 pounds. Once I trim all my fat out, I wont have as hard of a time in track and field. My endurance will be alot better due to the eliminated fat that I used to have. So basically my average day with a six pack will be waking up and looking at myself in the mirror then going to school and getting a girlfriend while taking her on a date so she can see me get a 1st place medal in track. So anyways, EXACTLY HOW DOES SOMEONE LIKE ME GET A SIX PACK??
