how can you get ripped at the age of 14?

I am 14 years old and I am in track and field. I want to get ripped abs and muscles because i will feel better mentally, emotionally, socially and physically. I will feel better mentally because I wont be stressed out waking up everyday looking at a piece of flab in my stomach(i am not too fat but there is a 1 inch layer of fat covering my abs). I will also be better socially because I will get more girls and look like a model. If someone sees me at 14 years old with abs, then they will say "hey this guy is probably not a loser I'll talk to him). I will be better physically because I am 5'4" and weigh 140 pounds. Once I trim all my fat out, I wont have as hard of a time in track and field. My endurance will be alot better due to the eliminated fat that I used to have. So basically my average day with a six pack will be waking up and looking at myself in the mirror then going to school and getting a girlfriend while taking her on a date so she can see me get a 1st place medal in track. So anyways, EXACTLY HOW DOES SOMEONE LIKE ME GET A SIX PACK??

got the best one for ya right here. first jus lay down on ur back. put ur thumbs under ur butt. then keeping ur legs straight lift them up to about a 90 degree angle with ur body. idk how strong u r now but i started out at 30 an now i can do 60. these work great. another swt exercise is to lay on ur side an jus prop one elbow up. so all ur weight should be on tht one elbow an ur feet. do both sides then lay on ur stomach an prop both elbows up under u. so its like ur doin a pushup exept ur on ur elbows. i first do this eldow one for a min an half both sides then middle. then i do the liftin ur legs up to a 90 degree angle one about 60 times. i have great abs now. do it everyother day.
also i jus turned 15 so im not much older than u. its def worth the hard work. jus stick with it.

why dont you go on a sports diet....
ask your trainer
also
do some other types of trainiing besides track and field. do wieghts, situps ect
