...like a basketball player or higher? I am 14 years old and i play goalkeeper in soccer and I play in NCSL D1 and made the DC United u15 team.I can jump about average, but I am only 5 foot 8 inches and how can I jump like Michael Jordan or Kobe Bryant or etc.....? Does anyone know any exercises or things that involve weights? Or anything you can buy on line that can help you improve your jump(not talking about supplements I'm talking about some exercise things)? Right now when I jump my highest my wrist can go all the way over the top post which is 8 feet tall, but I want to be able to jump so high I can reach my elbow all the way over the post or more? Anyone know how or any diet plans or exercise plans that can do that?
