How can you tell from a picture that a car is at a steady speed?

Ok. So I need a picture, that will show you that a car is at a stead speed, but how do I do that? How do you show in the picture that the car is at a steady speed? It doesn't have to be a car, just a vehicle. PLEASE ANSWER ASAP!!!!!!!!!
 
Take a picture of a parked car. It IS at a steady speed of 0 MPH.
 
If the beam of light is jolted, or thicker, then the car isn't moving at a steady speed.
