well iv started to run to lose weight cuz i have a slight belly and i weigh 53 kilos and am 1.6 metres tall.........i am not at all overweight but if i try to run i can only run for like 30 seconds-1 min and then get really focking tired then i just walk for a while and when i catch my breath i run a little bit again i just dont understand wause hy i cant run non stop for like 10 or even just goddamn 5 minutes! because i mean i have a fat friend who is pretty overweight and even she can run for longer than me! wtf! i mean u know the show the biggest losers? and those guys run mother fing all day like i just get tired from going up a flight of stairs i dont understand why? and thats why i felt so unhealthy and why i started running everyday but what the hell? i read other articles of really overweight people who need to lose like 10 kilos of fat and are still able to run 20 minutes non stop even though like slow running but still better than me.
