Because all the hater nation members were coming up with so many other excuses for his lackluster performance. Now he's running out of excuses. Look at old man Mark Martin he has won more this year alone than Junior has since joining Hendrick LOL!

Drivers were complaining about the racing quality of the COT last year, but they are more vocal about it this year since it took some time to get accustomed to the new car and form an educated opinion on it. Junior isn't the first to point out some issues with the car. The media and NASCAR fans just don't make a big deal about it unless it's Junior saying it.
Dale just said NASCAR can be doing more to continue improving the car and keep making the racing a more exciting product for the fans and drivers. If your driver said it you would probably not be calling it "whining".

He did, and so did others.. They expected it to get better though..
Dude, just watch the lap times during a race.. They are all running the same lap times.. The car is much slower than the old car.. All Jr said, is to let them adjust the car.. Change springs.. Don't limit shocks.. A little more air on the nose..
