How come the movie I bought from Directv isn't working?

We bought Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 from Directv Cinema a couple days back. Now we're trying to watch it for the first time and everytime we go to the movie and click play we just get a black screen. No sound or anything, just a black screen. And when we're at the black screen we can't do anything, we can't pull up the guide or the playlist or anything. What happened, why won't it work?

Before I answer this, nice choice. It's a great movie and it follows the book perfectly. My personal favorite of the movies besides Order of the Phoenix, but moving on to the question.

I have AT&T, so I don't really have any experience with Direct, but you should call Customer Service. I'm sure they'll do the best they can. I've got the number for you in case you don't know how or where to get it.

I'm not sure what happened, or why it won't work, but I suggest you contact the Directv helpline or customer service and ask them what the problem might be and if it can be fixed.
