How come when I was a truck driver there was no interview and accepted me right away?

as a truck driver I just signed up and got hired fast with no interviews.

why is it they don't do any interviews to become a truck driver?
 
Because the turnover rate is about 200% for most companies. They want to know that you have the license, can pass the drug test, and the driving test. Then they treat you like garbage so you will leave too.
