moral at all ? Their god created deformed babies and let many peoples suffered before died especially those peoples that trapped under building rubble when quake happened .

Unfortunately some ministers teach that God controls the world when in fact the Bible states that humanity has allowed Satan and his evil to gain control of the world.

Matthew 4:8-9




8Finally, the devil took Jesus up on a very high mountain and showed him all the kingdoms on earth and their power. 9The devil said to him, "I will give all this to you, if you will bow down and worship me."
 
Don't blame God for deformed babies and suffering, if he intefeared with our lives and made them better all the time there would be no point to life.
 
Your question is stupidity.

You think YOU get to tell GOD the standard for what morality is? You think you have ANY standing before God WHATSOEVER? You are deeply, deeply mistaken. God created you, and somehow you think you can stand in judgment of Him? Shut your mouth.
 
It helps when God's very person IS the standard of morality. Then we don't have to ignore God's law then blame him when we suffer our own consequences.
 
I guess for Christians it could be a difficult question to answer.
Sometime ago I attended some Christian groups and this was a hot debate always.

According to what I believe - no, none of this is God's fault. In-fact it is not anyone's fault at all.
If baby is born with deformity - it's not baby's fault, but baby's choice.

Of course the choice is made by the spirit of that entity before incarnating as that baby.
We need to experience what we set up to learn on Earth and before we reincarnate - we make a choice to which family we come and under what conditions we need to learn that what is needed to be learned best.

And it also could be paying karmic debt, but it is not always the case.
