How do I access my Telus account on the iPhone 4S?

I would like to few my account details, I made a account but everytime I go to log in on my phone it says wrong password. But when I do it on the computer it log's in fine. But also it says "As an account member, your online access is pending approval from the account owner. The owner decides who has access to the account. Contact the owner to have your access granted. In the meantime, you can still manage your profile." When I log in? How do I access my account? Thankyou
