How do i add a text signature on my Samsung Behold?

i dont think you can turn the camera shutter sound off, and im not sure there IS a text signature feature on it, im having a few problems of my own with the phone. like .3gp videos will download and play to my behold but the sound wont work and even when i turn it up its on auto mute. i dont know whats wrong. theres a lot of bugs to the phone.
