How do I apply for a restricted drivers licence for work purposes?

I live in NSW. I am on 12 month good behaviour for losing all of my demerit point. I have six weeks to go and....I have just lost two more points for parking for a few minutes in a no parking zone at a school. I know my licence will be suspended for six months. What I am wondering is, I need my car for work - I am a self employed cleaner and I travel every day to client's homes, most of whom are nowhere near public transport. This is my only source of income. I am a single parent and we rely heavily on my income. How do I apply for a restricted licence once my suspension is in effect?
