How do I ask my mom to let me where makeup?

Ok, so I'm 11 gonna be 12 in a couple of months... How can I ask my mom to start letting me where mascara and concealer, and possibly eyeliner?
 
Don't put ink on your CD, you moron. You'll ruin the computer's ability to scan it if you do that...
