How do I block employee monitoring software?

The owner of the company where I work has installed msn spy software on his PC. If the PC that I use was his that would be fine, but I provide my own PC and do not feel in that case he has a right to see it. Is there a way to block him from this?

Nobody likes the idea of being monitored, but people need to realize that when they're at work. Most companies monitor their employees to keep them focused on work.

In our company we always use an employee monitoring software to monitor our employees and to make sure that a person is really working.

Employee software for time tracking is very useful especially for a company that has a huge staff.

Employer use screen monitoring software in the entire PC of the company. It is their right to monitor their employees during company time, not because they don't trust their employees, it is because they want their employees to be productive.
