How do I burn a video onto a dvd and get it to Look like a store bought movie/dvd?

I want to burn a video onto a dvd, but I want it to have a menu page where you can click on scene selection, subtitles, and extras. I use the program dvdflick, but I just got it and don't realy know how to use it. Can it do what I want, and how do I go by doing it?
